Refund & Return Policy

You have a maximum of 14 days from the date you've received ALL your purchased items in the same order to submit the return request.

Once your return request is approved, you must arrange the shipment within 7 days and provide us with the tracking number and tracking URL.

Please note that the return shipping fee must be covered by the customer, unless the original products are defective.

Which items are eligible to be returned?

Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with their tags still attached. Returns will not be accepted for any items with obvious signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags.

Conditions that are not deemed as defective in quality:

Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, the texture of fabrics, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display are NOT treated as quality issues.

Returns due to dissatisfaction with styles, colors, and changes in personal preferences are NOT treated as quality issues.

Damages due to usage, washing, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors are NOT treated as quality issues.

Please refer to our sizing chart for decisions on your purchase, as our service team can only offer our recommendations. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute quality issues.

Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences between different items in the same size. Please refer to the actual measurements.

How To Initiate The Return & Refund

Β·Β Send an email where a description of the return reason and of the item you wish to return should be included, toΒ support@Morecomfi.com.

Β·Β We will check your email.

Β·Β Once your return application approved, you will receive an email of return approval.

Β·Β If everything is ready, send off the item you wish to return. The shipping fee will be paid by you.

Β·Β Please tell us by email the tracking number and the tracking URL after sending off the item you wish to return.

Β·Β Once the returned item received, we will tell you by email whether the returned item is eligible for our Return & Refund Policy. If so, we will issue a refund to you. If not, we reserve the right to refuse to refund you.

Β·Β Please note that we do not charge a return handling fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your returned item is damaged during transportation or does not meet the circumstances of return, we reject a refund to you. After confirming with you and getting your approval, we will process your refund, and the refund will automatically be returned to your credit card or original payment account. Credit card payment takes 3-5 days to process, Paypal takes 2-3 days.

Return Address

We will select the nearest return shipping address based on your location. Once your return request has been confirmed, we will send you the return address. Please contact us before returning a item to receive the return shipping address and other instructions. We will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.

Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us atΒ support@Morecomfi.com.

Order Placement

The charge will be deducted from your paying account at the time of order placement. This protects both the buyer and seller from Fraud since the charge already appears on the credit card and the original cardholder can dispute the charge before the merchandise is shipped.

Canceled Or Changed Orders

If an order gets canceled or changed, we will issue a refund that will deduct the fee incurred by credit card payment processors such as Paypal. These fees are always non-refundable.

If you have any problem during the shopping process, Please do not initiate any dispute at PayPal and contact us. We will deal with any matter well for you.

Important note:

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return.

The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Do not send returns to the sender's address on your package β€” this is not our return address.

Returns will not be accepted without submitting the request first.

Ensure you are not accidentally returning non-Commense items β€” we will not be responsible for sending them back.
