About Returns and Refunds
1. How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
2. What if I receive a damaged item?
Products received with broken glass or frames are not considered defective and cannot be returned. In this case, we will replace the glass at no additional charge.If you do not wish to receive a replacement and wish to return the item, we will treat it as a normal return and charge up to 35% of the return fee. We also reserve the right to deduct all outbound shipping charges from refunds.
3. When will I receive the refund?
After receiving your return, it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to credit back to your original payment (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit card: 3-5 days). If you still have any problem about refund, please get in touch with us at support@morecomfi.com, we will reply you as soon as possible.

1. How long is the shelf life of clothing products?
The "shelf life" of clothing products is not a fixed time period, but is related to many factors, including fabric material, frequency of wearing, washing method, storage conditions, etc. Generally speaking, different types of clothing have different wearing lifespans. For example, underwear is recommended to be replaced every 3-6 months; T-shirts may need to be replaced after frequent wearing and washing in one season; silk dresses may become drier and less shiny after washing due to their delicate materials; jeans may also deform after wearing for about 2 years. Even expensive down jackets may need to be replaced after 3-5 years of wearing and washing. Therefore, the ""shelf life"" of clothing is a relative concept and needs to be judged based on actual conditions.
2.How to properly wash and care for your clothes?
Proper washing and maintenance of clothing can extend its life. The specific methods are as follows:
Read the washing instructions: First check the washing instructions label on the clothing and follow the recommended washing method.
Classification washing: Wash clothes of different colors, materials and washing requirements separately to avoid staining or damage to each other.
Gentle washing: Use mild detergent and appropriate water temperature for washing, and avoid using chemicals such as bleach or strong acids and alkalis.
Appropriate drying: Dry the clothes in a cool and ventilated place to avoid long-term exposure to the sun that may cause fading or deformation of the fabric.
Regular maintenance: For high-end or special material clothing, professional maintenance can be carried out regularly, such as dry cleaning, ironing, etc.
